The Canberra Art Biennal website was designed by Bliss Taylor in my Front-end Web Design unit in early 2022. In this project-based unit, students designed and built static websites for Neil Hobbs’ Contour556 (rebranded to Canberra Art Biennal).
Upon complection of the unit, I rebuilt Bliss’ original static website into a functional dynamic site (using Wordpress), which will fit the needs of the CAB festival in 2022 and into the future.
The site includes extensive mapping, showing exact locations of artworks in the urban environment.
The project was supported by the Faculty of Arts and Design, University of Canberra.
